1. Welcome & Acceptance

Welcome to the Association of Black Creatives and the Dream Epicenter. By using our websites, signing up for a membership, booking services, or attending events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

2. Services & Offerings

We provide memberships, consulting, events, creative resources, rentals, co-working space, and educational experiences through ABC and DE. All services are outlined clearly before purchase and may vary by tier or membership level.

3. Account Creation & Access

Members and users must create an account through our official systems (GlueUp or Acuity) to access certain services. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

We reserve the right to restrict access if accounts are misused or if community standards are violated.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases, including memberships, bookings, and events, are final unless otherwise noted. Because many of our offerings involve limited spots or resources, we do not offer refunds. Please review all terms and availability carefully before committing.

Recurring payments are processed through secure platforms, and you may cancel renewals by contacting us in writing.

5. Community Guidelines

Respect is non-negotiable. Whether you’re engaging with us online or in person, you agree to conduct yourself professionally, respectfully, and without discrimination.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access if behavior becomes harmful, disruptive, or violates the values of our community.

6. Use of Content

All content, graphics, branding, and materials published by ABC and DE are owned by us unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission. Public content may be shared with credit.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We do our best to provide accurate, inspiring, and helpful services — but we can’t guarantee results. Participation in any program or service is at your own discretion.

We are not responsible for third-party content or any loss that may occur as a result of use, misuse, or technical issues with our platforms.
